Senior UIUX Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Tech Lead UI/UX you will take the lead in building scalable and user-centered digital products. You will guide frontend development and UI/UX direction across internal platforms and client projects work closely with cross-functional teams and help set standards for architecture design systems accessibility and this role you will also gain deeper insight into finance and accounting processes and translate complex business needs into effective digital experiences.

In this role you will lead the frontend development and UI/UX direction of software solutions from concept to implementation. You will define and improve scalable frontend architecture own the design system andcomponentlibrary and ensure that applications are responsive accessible maintainable andhigh-performing. • Lead frontend development and UI/UX direction for internal tools digital platforms and client software projects

• Architect build andmaintainscalable responsive and accessible web interfaces using React with JavaScript and TypeScript

• Own and evolve the design systemcomponentlibrary and UI style guide across products and projects

• Lead user research usability testing design reviews and prototyping to translate insights into better digital experiences

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend best practices architectural decisions documentation and code quality

You combine technical depth with a clear view of what users need and know how to bring people together around a strong digital product vision. You make well-founded decisions communicate clearly with different stakeholders and take ownership of quality scalability and user experience.

• You hold a bachelors ormasters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering Informatics Information Technology Interaction Design or a related field;

• You have at least 7 years of experience in frontend development and/or UI/UX design;

• You have expert-level experience with React JavaScript and TypeScript including advanced React patterns and state management libraries such as ReduxZustand or Context API;

• You have extensive experience with UI/UX methods such as user research information architecture wireframing prototyping usability testing and design thinking;

• You havestrongknowledge of frontend architecture accessibility performanceoptimization testing frameworks Git and agile software development methodologies;

• You are an expert inat leastone ofdesigntools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
