Job Summary:

Manage the human technical and financial resources of the plants process area establishing the action guidelines to follow according to the objectives set by plant management achieving product quality and profitability complying with safety initiatives and developing the best place to work.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure processes comply with KRS specifications.
• Maintain a high level of quality in manufactured products.
• Reduce and maintain low safety incident rates.
• Control the use of the budget allocated to your focus area.
• Coordinate product launches and reformulations.
• Implement actions derived from the master safety plan.
• Control the use of the budget allocated to your focus area.
• Coordinate product launches.
• Develop personnel in productive activities.
• Keep plant management informed of results and variables related to achieving objectives.
• Establish action plans and programs according to areas of opportunity in your department.
• Ensure compliance with quality system standards.
• Apply Factory Performance and Reliability standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree inMechatronic Electronic Mechanical Chemical Engineering or related career.
• 10 years of proven manufacturing experience in manufacturing process packing process continuos improvement plant maintenance technical experience project execution and management.
• Experience in Plant Supervisor & Operations
• Experience with managing Technicians and Operations team
• Advanced English
• Experience in GMP Factory.
