Senior Content Producer

About the Role

Were seeking an organized and creative professional to join our Content Marketing team primarily supporting webinar-based content. This role suits an experienced project manager skilled in simplifying complex topics engaging stakeholders and creating effective presentations through strong storytelling. The candidate should be adept at using AI tools to boost efficiency and quality and will help ensure timely high-quality messaging and design that aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design & Storytelling

  • Design and refine polished webinar presentations for external audiences including customers and prospective customers.
  • Partner with content strategists to shape and translate complex ideas data and narratives into clear visually compelling slides.
  • Ensure presentations align with brand guidelines messaging frameworks and audience needs.
  • Maintain and evolve presentation templates and best practices.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple content marketing projects simultaneously from intake through delivery ensuring timelines dependencies and priorities are clearly defined and met.
  • Create and maintain project plans workflows schedules and status updates to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Proactively identify risks bottlenecks and resourcing challenges and recommend solutions.

Team Enablement & Process Improvement

  • Support content operations by improving processes documentation and ways of working.
  • Help standardize project intake prioritization and reporting across the content marketing team.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing digital design project management or a related role.
  • Strong design skills with a portfolio or examples demonstrating visual storytelling and clarity of thought. Highly fluent in PowerPoint design supporting webinar presentation decks
  • Fluency with AI tools used in marketing and content environments including experience applying them to real-world workflows.

  • Experience working in a B2B environment ideally supporting content marketing or demand-generation teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to balance competing priorities.

  • Stakeholders feel informed supported and confident in delivery.
  • Presentations are consistently high-quality on brand and effective at telling the story.
  • AI is used effectively to speed up work improve quality and reduce manual effortwithout sacrificing strategy or brand integrity.

  • The content marketing team gains more focus and efficiency through better project management and processes.
