Job Summary

At QIMA we are looking for a Coordinator of Ethical Auditors for the Americas. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and consistency of our ethical audits across the region. If you are organized detail-oriented and passionate about promoting ethical standards  we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit Coordination: Plan schedule and coordinate ethical audits across multiple locations within the Americas ensuring proper implementation of ethical auditing standards.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee and support a team of ethical auditors providing guidance and problem-solving in the field.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve audit reports ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance with current ethical standards and regulations.
  • Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for auditors keeping them updated with best practices and changes in ethical standards.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders ensuring clear and timely communication about audit progress and results.
  • Reporting Results: Generate detailed performance reports for the audit team and present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize audit processes and ethical standards.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive detail-oriented and service-driven mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate EMEA auditors logistics including flight bookings car rentals and hotel accommodations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities work independently and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability to work within a schedule aligned with Paris time (2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.).
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Ethics Compliance or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics operations or administrative support is a plus.
  • Compensation: USD 450550 per month
  • This internship is offered on a contractor basis.
