Wellness Instructor

A Wellness instructor is responsible for providing guests with high quality service at every stage of the Yoga experience.

What will I be doing

As a Wellness Instructor you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

A wellness instructor is a professional dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyle habits through personalized programs that integrate physical exercise nutrition stress management and emotional well-being. Their approach is holistic helping individuals achieve balance between body and mind.

They have knowledge in areas such as fitness mindfulness relaxation techniques and health education allowing them to design routines adapted to different needs and levels.

They are characterized by being empathetic motivating and committed to their clients well-being encouraging sustainable lifestyle changes. They may work in gyms spas corporate environments health centers or independently.
