Were looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager (IC) to join our growing team!

Responsibility

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts for the companys telematics and connected mobility solutions. This role focuses on consultative selling solution positioning and long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise customers across industries such as logistics transportation fleet management construction utilities and government sectors. The successful candidate will own the full enterprise sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through solution design negotiation and contract closure while collaborating closely with technical operations and customer success teams.

  • Know everything there is to know about Cartrack solutions and how they can solve real customer challenges across different industries. You will help customers develop their tech strategy and be their trusted IoT pro! Develop compelling ROI evaluations based on customer use cases and requirements

  • Identify develop and close new enterprise business opportunities for telematics and fleet management solutions.

  • Build and execute strategic account plans targeting large fleet operators and enterprise customers.

  • Drive revenue growth aligned with company sales targets and KPIs.

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

  • Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long decision timelines.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting using CRM tools.

  • Conduct high-level client presentations product demonstrations and executive engagements.

  • Solve customers Operational challenges

  • Build a strong relationship with your clients and ensure their business grows alongside ours. You will ensure they are successfully onboarded and that our solution becomes a critical part of their operations.

  • Develop strong industry knowledge of IoT based outbound operational management and related system integrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Enterprise sales positions targeting and CLOSING and managing large corporate accounts

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be able to communicate the benefits of our solutions across multiple divisions and stakeholders.

  • Understanding of APIs and basic Software architecture.

  • Strong ability to understand a Customers Operations

  • Passionate about making our customers lives easier and driven by success.
