Role Summary and Impact

Senior Cross Channel Activation Executive position has a crucial role within the team providing the foundations for success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation optimisation monitoring and reporting. Working very closely with your manager you will produce best-in-class solutions offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets.

Role responsibilities:

Clients

  • Establish an understanding of client challenges objectives & initiatives.
  • Help build on the agencys reputation for outstanding client service.
  • Clear understanding of the in-scope services of your clients and the process for completing work above and beyond.
  • Begin developing relationships with clients at a junior level as it relates to activation.

Product

  • Engage with our media partners to build knowledge of the media landscape and understanding of core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.
  • Engage with internal product teams including WPP Media proprietary solutions teams to ensure you have an understanding about their offerings and relevance to our clients.
  • Bring innovation and creativity to the tableleveraginginsights from across the market.
  • Support the booking loading optimizing materialinstructionand tracking of client media campaigns in line with marketplace best practice processes and ways of working applying insightful context and immaculate attention to detail throughout.
  • Support the construction of insightful and progressive post analysis reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy including bookings and loadings accountqueriesand monthly proforma checks.

People

  • Openly communicate and collaborate with all internal key stakeholders on delivery and reporting regularly.
  • Positively contribute to team meetings leading some sections and owning follow-ups
