Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue developing high-performing teams and expanding market presence within the network infrastructure and ELV industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
- Provide coaching mentoring and training to enhance team capabilities
- Foster a strong performance-driven and collaborative culture
2. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
3. Performance Management
- Set and manage sales KPIs for individuals and teams
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Manage and resolve escalated customer issues effectively
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
5. Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
- Provide insights based on sales data and market intelligence
6. Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients consultants M&E contractors and ELV installers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Ensure timely execution of projects and client expectations are met
Key Requirements
Education
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Administration Marketing or related field
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in network infrastructure ELV or related industry
- At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
Technical & Business Skills
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure / ELV solutions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation business development and strategic planning skills
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly driven results-oriented and able to work under pressure
