We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue developing high-performing teams and expanding market presence within the network infrastructure and ELV industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Development
Lead recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
Provide coaching mentoring and training to enhance team capabilities
Foster a strong performance-driven and collaborative culture
2. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
3. Performance Management
Set and manage sales KPIs for individuals and teams
Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies
Ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
4. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Manage and resolve escalated customer issues effectively
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
5. Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
Provide insights based on sales data and market intelligence
6. Stakeholder & Project Coordination
Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients consultants M&E contractors and ELV installers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Ensure timely execution of projects and client expectations are met
Key Requirements
Education
Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Administration Marketing or related field
Experience
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in network infrastructure ELV or related industry
At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
Technical & Business Skills
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure / ELV solutions
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
Excellent negotiation business development and strategic planning skills
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly driven results-oriented and able to work under pressure
