Job Summary
The Human Resource manager position is a strategic role which oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role requires a collaborative and experienced professional responsible for nurturing a positive working environment managing employee relations ensuring legal compliance and supporting overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Recruitment & Selection: Manage the organisations talent acquisition policy procedures and processes including interviewing assessment and on-boarding.

Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations though employee engagement initiatives conflict management including a fair and objective grievance handling process bridge management and employee relations or other issues.

Performance Management: Manage a performance management system to drive high performance within the organisation including succession planning talent management and managing poor performance.

Compliance & Legal Matters: Ensure the organisation complies with all HR regulatory and legal requirements and update company policies and handbooks.

Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation packages salary reviews reward strategies and employee benefits.

HR Data and Metrics: Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and report to management.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field

Minimum 8-10 years proven experience in a managerial/leadership role in human resource.

In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment and Labor Laws and HR best practices

Strong inter-personal communication and conflict-management skills
-
Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MS Office
-
Proficient in HR Analytics for decision-making and management reporting.
Reporting: The HR Manager reports directly to the Executive Director/Managing Director
