We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage internal IT projects across the organisation ensuring delivery aligns with timelines scope and business objectives.

What Youll Do

• Manage multiple internal IT projects and workstreams concurrently
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver milestones within agreed timelines and budgets
• Oversee project planning scheduling tracking and execution
• Monitor resource capacity and utilisation for optimal delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope success criteria and expectations
• Ensure governance compliance including scope change risk issue management and reporting
• Conduct regular project meetings including steering committee updates
• Provide accurate and timely status reports to senior management
• Support and mentor junior project managers where required
• Drive change management and encourage adoption of project deliverables

What You Bring

Must-have

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including senior leadership engagement
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project)
• Ability to manage shifting priorities scope changes and project resets
• Strong problem-solving planning and execution capabilities
