We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage internal IT projects across the organisation ensuring delivery aligns with timelines scope and business objectives.
What Youll Do
Manage multiple internal IT projects and workstreams concurrently
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver milestones within agreed timelines and budgets
Oversee project planning scheduling tracking and execution
Monitor resource capacity and utilisation for optimal delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope success criteria and expectations
Ensure governance compliance including scope change risk issue management and reporting
Conduct regular project meetings including steering committee updates
Provide accurate and timely status reports to senior management
Support and mentor junior project managers where required
Drive change management and encourage adoption of project deliverables
What You Bring
Must-have
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including senior leadership engagement
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project)
Ability to manage shifting priorities scope changes and project resets
Strong problem-solving planning and execution capabilities
