Site Safety Supervisor

• Oversee all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) aspects related to project execution and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Implement and promote best HSE practices across project sites; regularly update and maintain the HSE manual procedures and plans.
• Develop and coordinate HSE awareness campaigns training programs and promotional activities to foster a strong safety culture.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards among all personnel; maintain and manage safety equipment personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety signage.
• Conduct HSE briefings for subcontractors and employees as assigned by the Assistant Manager ensuring clear understanding of safety procedures and expectations.
• Perform regular site inspections and audits with the project team to verify that safe work practices are being followed and all statutory regulations are observed.
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents and accidents identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records checklists and documentation for all inspections audits drills and safety-related activities.
• Establish and manage a systematic incident reporting investigation and analysis process.
• Carry out any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety & Health Environmental Science Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in HSE within construction engineering or project-based environments
• Proven experience in managing HSE practices on construction or industrial project sites
• Experience in conducting site inspections audits and incident investigations
• Yellow Book Holder is compulsory

• This position is 4-months contract-based.
• Location: Iskandar Puteri
• Salary Range: Rm5000 basic RM800 OT allowance
• Working Day & Hours :Monday - Friday 0800 to 1900 ( considered OT); Saturday 0800 to 1700 (Normal working day)
