We are representing our client a company in the Health & Wellness industry in seeking a suitable candidate to join their team as a Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with our clients and partners eg
pharmacies clinics and hospitals.
- Create business plans and strategies to continually expand customer
base and manage trend ideas and practices - Develop pricing proposals negotiate terms and propose contracts/subscriptions
- Locate potential new business by contacting prospective customers;
discover and explore opportunities to partner with new customers - Introduce new business by participating in expos events and seminars/webinars
- Be results focused and be able to implement activities to drive revenue and has the ability to analyse results and improve on it.
- Research and identify new market sales opportunities.
- Responsible for ensuring sales and marketing exposure to potential clients through promotional programs events campaigns
- Coordinating and monitoring sales action plan implementation including the analysis of market opportunities and competitors activities.
- Create sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance and
make recommendations for improvement. - Provide coaching and training to sales representatives (merchandiser/promoter) to improve their performance
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any related field
- Min 6- 7 years of working experience in sales and business development in health supplement products for clinics pharmacies or hospital
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer
needs - Must be confident self-motivated and able to work independently
within a tight deadlines and extremely goals-driven. Work overtime if
needed. - Strong networking capability
- Ability to work on own initiative expand business and generate sales
lead - Experience in managing a team will be added advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to travelling locally or oversea if required

- Working hours: Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.00pm)
