Job Summary
Company Background:
We are representing a group of companies specializing in the solar energy and renewable energy industry. As part of their ongoing expansion they are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join their growing team based in Hicom Shah Alam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations including accounting entries payments and payroll.
- Handle full set of accounts (P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow) and manage month-end closing and management reporting.
- Oversee project costing and cash flow management for Solar EPC projects including Budget vs. Actual analysis and progress billing for C&I clients.
- Coordinate supplier payments for high-value solar equipment while maintaining healthy working capital.
- Manage SST submissions liaise with tax agents and ensure compliance with MPERS / MFRS and audit requirements.
- Handle banking matters including bank reconciliations credit facilities and internal approval controls.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field; MIA membership is preferred.
- Minimum 35 years of accounting experience with 12 years in a supervisory role preferably in Construction Engineering or Renewable Energy.
- Proficient in accounting systems such as SQL AutoCount or SAP.
- Strong Excel skills especially for reporting and project costing.
- Good communication with English and Man-darin.(Due to business nature)
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
