THE ROLE

We areseekinga proactive and organised nativeArabic andEnglish speaker to conduct live virtualpre-investmentinterviewsin both languageswith accuracyobjectivity anddiscretion.These interviews will be held with potentialhigh net worth individual(HNWI)investorsas part of adue diligence processwithan objectiveof verifying their identitiesand understanding their occupations and sources of wealthalong with their investment motivations.In this roleyou will collaborate and form part of our administration and operations teamworkingclosely with our global Corporate Intelligence teams including our investment migration due diligence practice.

The ideal candidate isa team playerwho isadaptablemeticulousandorganisedwith aproactivemindset toward contributingto the growth andevolutionof theservice and business. You willundergo structured onboarding andongoing trainingcovering:

a)Core interview techniquesbest practicesand active listening skills

  1. b) System navigation and data handlingensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  2. c) Our end-to-end approach to managing and delivering a live interview process.

Your day-to-dayresponsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conducting professional virtual interviews:Conductingprofessionalvirtualinterviewsinboth Arabic andEnglishwith yourcamera on readingoutpre-scripted questionswith precision in either languageto theinterviewee(s)demonstratingactivelistening to theiranswers and probingeffectively where necessary.

Managing the full interview lifecycle:Managingthefulllifecycle of an interviewfrom pre-interview communications tohelpensure punctual attendancetoensuring allcompletedinterview recordings and materials are accurately stored and handled with the utmostdiscretion.

Communicating proactively with practitioners and stakeholders:Communicating proactivelyand professionallywith S-RM practitionersclients and interviewees (investors)initially withguidance butultimatelyindependentlyincludinginforming practitioner teams ofliveinterviewprogressandattendance andensuring your ownprompt and punctual attendanceat alllive interviews.

Troubleshootingand escalating issues appropriately:Identifyand troubleshoot technical and methodological difficulties promptly and effectively before and during live interviews taking initiative toresolve issues whereappropriate seeking guidance when needed and escalating more seriousconcernsto the team whilecommunicatingtheseto S-RM practitionersfor oversight.

Supporting overall interview service administration:Collaborating with theinterview teamin administering the overall interview service delivery andmaintainingthe smooth operation of the interview serviceincludingaddressing any ITchallengesliaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders andcontributing to planningmeetings.

We are looking forcandidatesto fill this roleat either our Cape Town or Kuala Lumpur office. Working hours will be set at 9am to 6pm SASTwith 1 or 2 later shifts from 12pmto 9pm SAST per week if based in Cape Town or 12pm to 9pmMYT on a regular basis if based in Kuala Lumpur.Wehaveflexible working arrangements available.

Werelooking for someone thatis able toadapt to change and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment this person will have some orall ofthese skills.

  • Written and spoken fluency in Englishand Arabicand mastery of professional communicationisa must;
  • Business literacy-an ability to engage with an investors explanation of theiroccupation/business interests/wealth compositionand probe appropriately for clarifications;
  • Cultural sensitivity-ability to build trust withintervieweesclients colleagues andall stakeholders.
  • Previousexperience in afast-pacedand technology-enabledcustomer complaints department and/or multifaceted communication andoperationsrole. Customer-facing experience is a plus;
  • Proficientuse ofMicrosoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems;
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail;
  • A proven ability to work unsupervised with strong interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate must have permission towork inKuala Lumpurby the start of their employment.
