Job Summary

Be part of a team that processes payments and performs payments-related tasks for global stakeholders.

General Responsibilities

1. Responsible for payment related operations including payment execution handle vendor queries and liaise with internal/external stakeholders on issue resolution.

2. Deliver payment processing services within agreed quality service levels and KPI targets as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within specific timeline.

4. Conduct periodic review of vendor accounts. Review and follow up aged items with internal/external stakeholders.

5. Perform vendor reconciliation to ensure that all invoices credit notes and payments are accurately recorded in a timely manner and aligned with vendor statements.

6. Be vocal on possible efficiencies and process improvements.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Demonstrate good research and analytical skills.
Good proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel Word and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Excel macros a plus.
Functional knowledge of SAP.
Good proficiency in English both written and spoken.
AI knowledge to apply for automating reports and processes a plus.

Education

Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
Up to two years experience in similar role
