Job Summary
Main responsibilities
Own end-to-end restaurant incubation across APAC (activation to early performance)
Define track and improve key incubation KPIs
Identify execution gaps and implement corrective actions to accelerate vendor ramp-up
Design and scale standardized incubation processes across markets
Lead automation of key workflows in partnership with relevant teams
Establish clear governance and accountability between COE and local market teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance vendor incubation and experience
Pilot and scale high-impact initiatives to continuously improve incubation performance
Qualifications :
610 years of experience in operations vendor management or marketplace environments (preferably food delivery or tech platforms)
Strong experience in driving execution across multiple markets with a focus on operational scalability
Proven track record in improving performance metrics through structured programs and process optimization
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across regional and global teams
Experience working with BPOs COEs or outsourced operations is a strong advantage
Ability to operate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and drive clarity and accountability
