Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager the Sales Ops & Analytics you will be collaborating with Sales Operations Commercial Product Analytics and Finance to develop and implement strategies and tools for the Sales teams. Your focus will be on promoting and delivering services to Grabs ecosystem. You should be able to both strategize and execute plans alongside the Commercial and Sales Operations this dynamic environment you will contribute to sales strategy customer segmentation process improvement and business analytics.

This is a fully onsite role at our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will act as a key partner for the Commercial Country Head and Country Sales Managers in MY/SG.
  • You will lead the execution of country market planning and business reviews.
  • You will analyze key sales and performance indicators to inform strategic and tactical decisions while ensuring sales forecast accuracy.
  • You will support sales teams in monitoring and forecasting against quarterly targets for revenue and other KPIs.
  • You will provide market and sales data intelligence to aid the sales team in forming strategic business cases.
  • You will partner with sales leadership to define sales strategies and requirements for business systems.
  • You will ensure integrity of sales and customer data by advocating proper usage of tools like Salesforce.
  • You will coordinate with Regional Operations to enhance sales operations efficiency at the country level.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 4 years of experience in business and sales operations ideally within Adtech SaaS or B2B sectors.
  • Keen interested to learn about digital advertising sales and Grabs ecosystem
  • Experience in influencing designs implementing and enforcing cross-functional processes
  • Independent self-starter with a can-learn can-do attitude
  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders are imperative
  • Influencing and driving projects independently and ability to start advising the junior team members on process effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements; ability to plan organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in GSuite (Docs Sheets Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word Excel Powerpoint)
  • Interest in understanding digital advertising sales and Grabs ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with and tools like Power BI and Tableau for data analysis.
