Company Secretarial Officer Senior Officer Global Investment Management Firm

We are currently seeking a junior to mid level company secretary to join us and provide long-term support to a top global investment management firm

Responsibilities:

• Handle company formation and dissolution processes
• Maintain statutory registers and records in accordance with the Companies Ordinance and relevant regulations
• Prepare and file annual returns resolutions and other statutory filings
• Organize board / commitee meetings and prepare related documentation

Requirements

• Bachelors degree holder with minimum 2 years of company secretarial experience ideally in a leading professional firm or multinational financial services environment
• Familiar with company secretarial matters for HK and offshore companies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
