YOUR ROLE

Keep the teams operational engine running smoothly handling the data admin and production tasks that underpin every campaign and project while developing a solid grounding in regional Total Rewards practice. The scope is Europe.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

• Operational support for salary & bonus campaigns (data checks controls reporting)
• Update TR databases and reference repositories
• Prepare communication materials and presentations
• Project logistics and follow-up coordination
• Ad hoc research and benchmarks on request
• Admin tasks: vendor onboarding contract tracking
• Pre-campaign data verification (scope eligibility)
• HRBP follow-ups and submission tracking
• Post-campaign results consolidation
• Produce and update dashboards

ABOUT YOU

• Pursuing Masters in HR Management or equivalent
• First HR or Finance experience (internship accepted)
• Excel PowerPoint; curiosity for HRIS tools
• Fluent English mandatory
• Reliability: what is committed is delivered intellectual curiosity & genuine interest in TR adaptability across topics without losing quality discretion and strong confidentiality awareness
