Job Summary
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Sponsor or in a similar strategic role.
- Strong understanding of Project & Engineering Change Management System (PECMS) or other project change management systems.
- Solid competencies in decision-making stakeholder management and project governance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure alignment across the project team.
- Professional certifications such as PMP/IPM are considered an advantage.
