[8PV] Senior Scrum Master

Project - the aim youll have

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to work with our Technology this position you will use the Agile development approach to ensure that our development-based scheduled deliverables are on task. Your job is to schedule each sprint and make sure developers have what they need to get the job done. You are also the liaison between the developers and others who need regular updates and information on progress made for scheduled deliverables. Applicants should have a bachelors degree with relevant experience in a Senior Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master role utilizing the Scrum framework. You must be comfortable using Jira and/or Azure DevOps to track progress.

Qualifications :

Expectations - the experience you need

• 90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills  
• 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Experience with project management and Agile methodology
• Candidates must have an understanding of the full SDLC and one or more programming languages such as SQL.
• Must be Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM). Certified Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred
• Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps Server (formerly Team Foundation Server).
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teams
• Bachelors degree in computer science or business administration

What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs requirements and concerns.
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure a proper balance between features and high-quality working software.
• Schedule a series of sprints for the development team.
• Coordinate with the product owner and others to develop a delivery timeline.
• Report progress via Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Align developers through sprints for the development and enhancement of various products.
• Escalate any impediments that may impact deliverables.
• Ensure quality goals do not decrease.
• Guide team members on agile methodologies and best practices.
• Maintain open communication within the scrum team.
• Improve existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure that development teams follow Scrum framework values and agile practices.
• Facilitate meetings and decision-making processes.
• Facilitate release planning.
