The Role

Are you analytically strong data-driven and eager to apply your skills in an HR environment This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing biotech company where you will support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for TechOps (CMC) with a strong focus on data insights and HR systems.

While you will gain exposure to HR topics and stakeholders across different levels the core of this role lies in working with data to support decision-making. You will play a key role in structuring analyzing and visualizing HR data contributing directly to workforce insights and strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with the HRBP and another student worker while collaborating with teams such as People Analytics gaining hands-on experience in translating data into meaningful insights. The role offers a high level of ownership independence and flexibility including remote work options. This is a strong fit for a student who is highly analytical structured and comfortable working with large datasets dashboards and digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and maintaining HR data ensuring accuracy structure and usability

  • Analyzing HR data to generate insights that support decision-making

  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports (Excel PowerPoint and HR systems)

  • Supporting the further development and adoption of HR dashboards (in collaboration with People Analytics)

  • Working with HR systems such as Workday and contributing to process improvements

  • Keeping oversight of HR projects and ensuring structured follow-up

  • Supporting stakeholder communication with clear data-backed insights

  • Assisting in broader HR initiatives (e.g. workforce planning engagement talent development) when relevant


Requirements

  • Currently in the final year of a Bachelors or first year of a Masters degree based in Denmark (e.g. Business Administration Analytics Econometrics HR Psychology or similar)

  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills comfortable working with large datasets

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables formulas; Power BI or similar is a plus)

  • Preferably experience with dashboards data visualization tools or analytics projects

  • Background in data-heavy environments (e.g. finance consulting analytics)

  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and visualizations

  • Structured detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Proactive and independent with a strong sense of ownership

  • Comfortable communicating insights to different stakeholders including senior leaders

  • Quick to learn new systems and tools (e.g. Workday)

  • Fluent in English written and spoken as its Genmabs primary language
