You will manage the sales and operations execution (S&OE) processand are the cross-functional escalation point for S&OE decisions. Youwill achieve business results (revenue cashcost and service) by driving process efficiency and optimizing the decision-making process in dailyoperations especially on conflicting priorities and ensure cross-functional stakeholders are engaged.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Prepare and chair the weekly S&OE meeting organizing insights from demand andsupply planning highlighting changes and risks and presenting potential scenarios to resolve the demand/supplyimbalances to deliver customer needs
  • Oversee the S&OE process-escalation triggers participation guidelines decision-making process continuousimprovement and change management
  • Seek consensus among all areas and clarity on decisions to be made and ensure that decisions are formallycommunicated and executed properly
  • Own the Case Fill Rate and OnTime In Full governance reporting and RCA process by working across ISC and commercial
  • Provide projections for service and inventory in the 0-6 week-period based on S&OE execution

More about this role

In this role you will lead be leading all Customer Logistics Development (CLD) Digitalization and other CU CS&L Projects. The purpose of this role is to streamline how our CS&L teams (OTC DP ...) operate identify opportunities to eradicate losses (improve cost) and identify service & cash improvements. To do so you will collaborate closely with other CU teams such as Customer Service Commercial etc.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Project Management of ongoing Central Digitalization projects (e.g. S4H o9 JARVIS ...).
  • Project Management of digilocal projects (e.g. PBI RPA ...).
  • Running annual CS&L loss analysis (updates) GPP brainstorming & other initiatives to build and deliver on the Gross Productivity Projects pipeline manage the day-to-day delivery of that GPP pipeline.
  • Value Stream Mapping & Task/Time Measurement of CS&L workforce to find automation optimization or streamlining opportunities to improve our CS&L budget (both total and HC).
  • Manage customer logistics development (CLD) & route-to-market (RTM) to deliver YoY budget improvements and improving trends to have BIC Cost-to-Serve LIC/DIP ratios (>85% LIC in all 3 countries) by focusing on improving drop sizes reducing customer specific requirements reducing picking reducing delivery frequency etc.
  • Reporting of weekly & monthly results (service cash & cost) to CS&L team and management.

Job specific requirements:

  • Customer facing experience incl. negotiation with customers ideally in an FMCG environment.
  • Knowledge of customer strategies customer strategies & market environment.
  • SAP & o9 systems working experience.
  • Continuous Improvement & Cross Functional Project Management (focus on Cost Service & Cash).
