HSE Specialist

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a HSE Specialist based in our Lomondgate Production Facility. As a HSE Specialist you will be responsible for implementing maintaining and continually improving the organisations Health Safety and Environmental management systems.

What youll do as a HSE Specialist:

• Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and internal frameworks maintaining Legal Compliance Registers and adherence to ISO 45001 ISO 14001 ISO 50001 and global HSE standards

• Lead and support incident investigations including root cause analysis corrective actions and trend analysis to reduce risk and prevent recurrence

• Help our teams create share and train onriskassessments. Conduct site inspections audits and safety observations supporting ongoing improvements

• Promote a proactive safety culture by working closely with our people coaching delivering HSE training and inductions tracking KPIs advising and coaching stakeholders and leading HSE committees and improvement initiatives.

You are:

• Degree or diploma qualification in a relevant Occupational Health and Safety Management discipline ideally supported by a recognised Health and Safety learnings with professional IOSH membership desirable.

• Minimum 3 years experience in an HSE Advisor/Specialist/Officer role with proven leadership skills and the ability to influence and coach the workforce.

• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO standards with excellent analytical problemsolving reporting communicationtraining and coaching skills

• Highly organised and selfmotivated with strong timemanagement skills proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management systems experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
