As a Recruitment Consultantyoullprovide expert recruitment support to yourallocatedbusiness area delivering highquality hires today while building talent pipelines for tomorrow.

We have 2 fixed term contract opportunities available to start as soon as possible until December 2026.

Whatyoullbe doing

Youllwork closely with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions across high volumes of roles often with competing priorities and tight delivery timelines.

This will include managing endtoendrecruitment activity across multiple vacancies at pace whilemaintainingqualitygovernanceand a strong candidate experience.

Youllbe recruitingpredominantly incandidateshort and highly competitive markets requiring a proactive and creative approach to sourcing.

Direct sourcing andheadhuntingwill be central to your role alongside developing attraction strategies building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates through a range of channels.Youllalso provide insight and advice on recruitment best practice assessmentapproachesand market conditions using data and insight to continuously refine your approach.

Acting as an ambassador for ScottishPoweryoullperiodically represent the business at careers events and assessment centres across the UK.

Whatyoullbring

Youllbring solid experience in a consultative recruitment role eitherinhouseor within a specialist agency environment with a proven ability to manage high volumes of vacancies simultaneously and juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Youllbe comfortable operating infastpacedenvironments where requirements can shift and delivery really matters.

Youllalso bring strong experience recruiting in candidateshort orhardtofillmarkets with demonstrable capability in direct sourcingheadhuntingand creative sourcing techniques.

A strong understanding of recruitment best practice employment legislation and market dynamics will enable you to adapt your approach to meet the needs of different business areas.
