VIP Meetings Exchange Executive

Were looking for a VIP Meetings Executive to join Kisaco Research and support the growth of our meetings exchange business working across all our portfolios and building relationships with senior stakeholders globally. This is a client-facing relationship-driven role where youll work closely with senior executives across multiple industries curating tailored event experiences and facilitating high-value 1:1 meetings.

Youll sit at the centre of attendee experience ensuring every interaction is well matched well prepared and delivers real value.

Key responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end VIP attendee experience across multiple events.

Support with profiling VIP attendees to understand their business priorities and objectives

Run 1:1 calls with senior stakeholders to build relationships and align on meeting expectations

Curate personalised meeting agendas through strategic AI-powered matchmaking

Act as the main point of contact for VIPs both pre-event and onsite communicating through a mix of different channels including via MS Teams email & Linkedin.

Leading the delivery of onsite VIP experiences managing 1:1 meeting schedules and providing a high-touch concierge-style service. This includes regular travel to the US.

Were looking for someone who is:

Confident communicating with senior professionals

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Relationship-focused and proactive in their approach

Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a client-facing or coordination role is desirable but not essential.
