The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Photographer who is committed to continually improving their craft and pushing creative standards within a fast-paced performance-led brand.

This role will work across a diverse portfolio capturing content for some of the worlds leading Football Rugby Formula 1 and Cricket teams alongside Castores sports fashion and lifestyle apparel.

This role offers unparalleled access to elite sport and premium product playing a key part in bringing the Castore brand to life across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail composition and lighting

Adapt creatively to different cultural contexts trends and visual styles

Interpret briefs with empathy and sensitivity responding to nuance and intent

Draw inspiration from both contemporary culture and the history of photography

Confidently switch between photography styles to suit campaign brand and commercial needs

Direct models and high-profile professionals with confidence and professionalism

Lead and develop e-commerce photography maintaining consistently high standards

Uphold and elevate creative quality across all photographic output

Commit to continuous self-improvement while encouraging growth and development within the team

Contribute positively to a collaborative high-performance creative environment

Skills & Experience

A well-rounded photographic knowledge both technical and stylistic.

Experience in shooting campaigns and editorial.

Understanding of e-commerce photographic shooting.

Communication and organisational skills.

Collaboratively work on short-term and long-term planning for you and the supporting team.

Contribute to creative photography direction with the creative and marketing team.

QC creative and e-com photography building an adhering to direction and guides.
