We are working with an academic and aspirational community in Exeter seeking a Senior Pastoral Lead for an ASAP start. This is a magnificent opportunity for a specialist who values professional excellence and understands the vital link between student wellbeing and academic rigour.

The Role You will lead a specific year group or key stage ensuring that pupils treat others as equals and maintain the schools scholarly atmosphere. Your day-to-day work will involve behavior management safeguarding and supporting students to overcome barriers to learning through structured interventions. We are looking for a professional who can lead by example working effectively as part of a flourishing leadership team to provide a safe and inspiring environment. You will be expected to liaise with parents and external agencies with total precision and humanity ensuring very little learning time is lost to pastoral disruption. This role is ideal for a practitioner who treats their students as young scholars and their colleagues as valued peers.
