Job Summary
We are working with a flagship school in Lincoln seeking a proactive and skilled Site Manager for an ASAP start. This is a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the campus remains a safe compliant and inspiring environment for the entire school community.
The Role You will be responsible for the security maintenance and health and safety of the school buildings and extensive grounds. We are seeking a professional with a pioneering spirit who can lead a team of site staff and manage external contractors with total precision. Your duties will include managing the facilities budget overseeing capital projects and ensuring all statutory fire and water safety records are up to date. You will ensure the school remains a well-ordered environment overseeing everything from minor repairs to large-scale site improvements. This role requires a specialist who can provide the technical support needed to ensure that very little learning time is lost due to facility issues.

Hours: Shift Pattern: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM / 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (Rotating)

Requirement: Must have Right to Work in the UK and previous school experience is a must.
