Job Summary
We are working with a school who are recruiting for an organised and committed DT Technician for a May half-term start in Reading. This is a full-time permanent role in a school that prides itself on Pride in Achievement and its pioneering approach to technology.
The Role The successful candidate will provide essential technical support to the Design & Technology department ensuring all workshops remain safe well-ordered and inspiring environments. You will be responsible for the preparation of timber plastics and metals as well as the maintenance of fixed machinery and CAD/CAM software. We are looking for a professional who can lead by example and ensure that the curriculum is delivered with total precision. Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Term Time Only)
Start Date: May Half-Term Contract: Permanent
Salary: Paid based on experience (School Discretion)
Requirement: Must have Right to Work in the UK and previous school experience is a must.
