Role Summary and Impact

EssenceMediacomhandles the media planning and buying for some of the worldsmost interestingadvertisers. Everything we do is supported by consumer insightanalysisand experience. We are part of the largest media planning and buying network in the world.

We are the only agency to simultaneously hold the title of Agency Network of the Year across all 5 of the industrys biggest awards whilst recently being named Campaigns Media Agency of the Decade.

We are looking for a diligent AV PlanningManagerwith atrelevantexperience to workacross a range of clients includingSuntoryOTM this role you willbe responsible forthe entire planning process within AV where you will regularly make recommendations to the client founded in insight and evidence with audit guarantees in mind.

Ideallywe would also like to see knowledge across other AV channels such as Online Video Addressable TV OOH TV Cinema and Radio. This is to ensure you are equipped to plan allfacetsof AV within an industry leading team.

  • Implementational knowledge ofmulti-mediaplanning tools (TGI Media Multiplier Touchpoints)
  • Pro-actively forge relationships with media owners
  • Commercially awarewith an ability to extract and filter relevant insights / research to support planning decisions
  • Ability to tell compelling implementation stories (with the aim to interweave roles flighting weights formats of different media and how they interrelate)
  • Building strong andpersonablerelationships goodcommunicatorand ability to sell (consultative selling)
  • Genuine interest in industry research and new ways of working
  • Strives to deliver award winning work and industry leading innovation
  • Collaborative good leadership skills and talent management
  • Excellent presentation skillsand positive drive for innovation
