At Rick Stein Restaurants were all about freshseafood simple cooking done brilliantly and making every guest feel genuinelywelcome. Were now looking for an experienced and confident Senior Waiter /Waitress to join our front-of-house team.

What youll be doing

• Delivering relaxed memorable dining experiences for every guest
• Leading a section during service and supporting the wider front-of-house team
• Sharing expert knowledge of our menus daily specials wines and drinks
• Anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtful confident recommendations
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members during service
• Upholding the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times

What were looking for

A friendly positive attitude and a naturalsense of hospitality

Previous waiting experience with confidencerunning a section independently

A genuine interest in food wine and seafood

Strong communication skills and confidenceengaging with guests

A team player who thrives in a busyprofessional environment

Someonewho leads by example and takes pride in great service

Our Bistro has grown over the years specialising in bistro food from Britain France Spain and 2016 Rubys Bar was opened next door to St Petrocs Bistro our front of house team enjoy looking after guests at both St Petrocs Bistro and Rubys Bar.
