Travel Consultant Air Specialists

Summary

The Consultant role is to work as part of a team to meet all customers travel requirements utilising Flight Centres preferred product & suppliers. This includes maximising quote to booking conversions and building a sustainable customer portfolio through outstanding customer experience and service levels.

Able to juggle several responsibilities competently
Focus on monthly KPI targets and driving towards them
Be able to communicate with team members and work together in close proximity
Able to use initiative and self-motivation to reach targets and exceed expectations
Ability to think outside the box and to control situations that may arise
Be able to process lots of information accurately and ensure invoicing is correct
Be able to think about why things change and look upon changes positively
Continually upskills and learns in their relevant discipline (destination expertise airfare expertise complex airfares premium cabins group travel etc.)
Passionate about our company and our philosophies
Be able to build relationships and be professional at all times

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years experience in sales
- Proven track record in individual sales
- Degree level qualification or equivalent
