We are currently reaching out to experienced leaders for a Residential Home Manager position in Swadlincote. This is a legally accountable role within a specialist 3-bed home dedicated to supporting children and young people with learning disabilities.

The Essentials:

Salary: Up to 65000 (depending on experience).
The Mission: Lead an Ofsted-regulated provision embedding a therapeutic child-centered culture.
The Goal: Move beyond just meeting regulations- youll be empowered to exceed the Childrens Homes Quality Standards and truly impact the life skills and development of the young people in your care.

We are looking for someone who prides themselves on oversight and leadership ensuring a safe and stable environment where both the children and the staff team can thrive.
