Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Ealing London
Hours: 27 hours per week
Salary: Up to 19000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-regarded early years setting in Ealing.

This is a great opportunity for an early years professional to join a nursery that combines a warm home-from-home environment with a strong focus on quality care play-based learning and child development. The setting promotes a supportive atmosphere where children are encouraged to play learn and grow with a passionate and highly qualified team delivering engaging experiences every day.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing while working as part of a friendly and caring team. This role would suit someone who enjoys day-to-day nursery practice values strong parent partnerships and wants to work in a setting with a positive reputation and a stable team culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Create a safe warm and stimulating environment for children
• Support childrens learning development and wellbeing through engaging activities
• Complete observations and contribute to planning and next steps
• Build strong relationships with parents carers and colleagues
• Promote safeguarding health and safety and best practice across the setting
• Work collaboratively as part of the wider nursery team

Requirements:

• Full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification
• Previous nursery experience
• Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive caring and proactive approach
• Commitment to delivering high standards of childcare and education
