Job Summary
The ReMSO roles and responsibilities are:as follows:
Recruitment
1. Responsibility for planning Sub-Unit recruiting events under direction of the EngWO and sub unit OC.
2. Attend Recruiting Events.
3. Responsible for R2 to BHQ (ROSO).
4. Maintain an applicant database.
5. Maintain an event database.
Applicant Process
6. Guide Applicant through Process.
7. Ensure all necessary paperwork carried out.
8. Plan and conduct nurturing evenings to hold the applicants interest whilst going through the recruiting process.
9. Act as the link between the NRC and the applicant.
Recruit Training
10. Book the Recruits on all stages of basic training.
11. Assist the SPSI/PSI booking the Recruits to Special to Arm Training.
12. Ensure that the Recruits are ready for all training overseeing their Basic Training.
13. Book and confirm Transport and accommodation for Recruits.
Mentoring
14. Oversee the Nurture of candidates through the recruiting process until completion of BT.
G1 & G4
15. Continuous Support and link to Coy G1 & G4 throughout and after Training.
