Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel will act as a senior member of the Group Legal function providing highquality commercially driven legal support to the General Counsel and the wider group of companies operating across the UK logistics transport warehousing ecommerce fulfilment and supply chain solutions sectors.

The role requires broad commercial expertise excellent judgment and the ability to manage a varied workload covering contracts regulatory compliance disputes corporate governance risk management and strategic projects. As a trusted advisor to the business the Senior Legal Counsel will help safeguard the organisations legal interests while enabling growth operational efficiency and commercial innovation across a complex and fastmoving environment.

Qualifications :

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with strong academic background. 610 years PQE gained in a reputable law firm and/or in house environment preferably in logistics transport supply chain retail manufacturing infrastructure or similarly complex industries.

Strong commercial contracts expertise with working knowledge across:

• • UK logistics/transport regulatory frameworks
  • Health & Safety / compliance processes
  • Data protection & information governance
  • Dispute resolution and litigation management
