Training Instructor Days Lux

As a Training Instructor this role will work closely with our operational business and the Warehouse Training Partners to enable the successful completion of all training plans.

Youll support Training Partners with the on-boarding process - welcoming new colleagues to the business; ensuring an excellent training experience which supports colleagues in their understanding of key safety quality and productivity indicators and expectations.

Qualifications :

Personable people focused professional and a positive representation of the Frasers Group brand.

• Proven experience within a Warehouse / DC / Logistics operational environment
• Strong verbal and visual (show by doing) communicator who understands the importance of standardised work
• Basic excel knowledge 
• Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
• Computer literate able to use a tablet or laptop to complete online assessments (additional training can be provided to support this requirement)
• Previous training experience on Warehouse tasks / processes highly desirable

Working on a rotational shift pattern.
