Process Improvement Developer (Hybrid 5050)

As Process Improvement Developer you will

• Design and implement solutions that optimise operational workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and automated processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
• Provide training and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What youll bring

• Relevant Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform technologies such as Power BI Power Apps and Power Automate.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in training and supporting team members.

Qualifications :

• Microsoft Certifications: Relevant certifications in Power Platform technologies such as Power BI Power Apps and Power Automate
• Six Sigma qualification preferred
• Computing Degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years proven experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI Power Apps and Power Automate
• Demonstrated expertise in automating workflows and processes using Power Automate
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and automated processes
• Experience in training and supporting team members
