EY is experiencing an increasing demand for its Health consulting expertise. We are seeking to expand our team of skilled and experienced Managers who are already delivering impact and value for our health clients across the UK or Ireland. As a Data and Analytics Manager within our Health Practice you will oversee the endtoend lifecycle of health data ensuring accuracy compliance and meaningful use in service transformation. This includes managing largescale NHS datasets and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting projects in the healthcare sector focusing on the application of AI automation and advanced analytics to improve productivity enable digital transformation and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their healthcare-specific needs and develop tailored analytics and intelligence solutions that address operational clinical and strategic challenges.
- Design build and deploy data analytics and reporting solutions including automations predictive and prescriptive analytics and integration with AI solutions and technologies.
- Analyse healthcare systems policies and data to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with NHS clients operational leaders digital teams and external partners to understand data needs and codesign solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with NHS stakeholders to strengthen data literacy and promote consistent data practices across organisations.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clinical users to ensure solutions are practical safe and aligned to NHS workflows.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants fostering AI and health data literacy within the health sector team.
- Stay abreast of healthcare industry trends regulatory changes and emerging data and AI technologies to inform consulting strategies and recommendations.
- Contribute to business development and solution design for health sector clients supporting bids and proposals with data analytics AI and Healthcare expertise.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering data-focused transformation projects within the healthcare sector (in particular the NHS).
- Strong understanding of UK (in particular NHS) healthcare systems policies and operational challenges with the ability to translate these into AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong handson experience with data management data integration and data quality tools alongside proven expertise in applying data governance best practices.
- Experience with handling and analysing large scale operational clinical and financial healthcare datasets SUS SLAM HES ESR
- Experience of undertaking complex analytics engagements in areas such as financial improvement operational improvement intelligent insights and demand and capacity and system modelling
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to explain complex health data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing projects and teams delivering results for health sector clients.
- Understanding the application of data analytics prescriptive and predictive to address key challenges across the healthcare landscape and across the NHS.
- Experience of developing across data visualisation solutions such as PowerBI and Tableau
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with healthcare clients and stakeholders.
