What are we looking for
Cleveland Clinic London are looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator who specialises in Neuro Rehab to join our Nursing Education team on a fixed-term basis (10-12 months) with a salary up to 66950 on offer.
This is a Monday to Friday 09:00 17:00 role.

Our 40-bed acute/neurorehabilitation unit has two dedicated therapy gyms and is designed for the best possible patient experience. Our team uses the latest specialist rehabilitation techniques including cutting-edge robotic equipment and advanced exoskeletons to help support our patients recovery.
What will your duties include
Designs directs implements and evaluates educational offerings based on knowledge skills and learning levels of nursing staff and allied health professionals.
Develops and utilizes appropriate evaluation systems to determine the effectiveness of educational activities.
Consults with individuals within the Nursing Neuro Rehab Institute CCL and the community regarding professional nursing practice and roles.
Assists in the development of department specific orientation and competencies of staff.
Monitors and evaluates nurse performance during orientation in conjunction with nurse preceptor
What we need from you
Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
Extensive recent Neuro Rehab experience required with demonstrable clinical expertise to include clinical nursing experience overseeing preceptorship programme is desirable.
Demonstrable knowledge of clinical education methodology such as training needs assessment (TNAs) clinical training curriculum development instructional design and principles of adult learning.
Recent experience in bedside clinical education required.
Excellent presentation and training skills required with track record of delivering clinical training sessions.
