Job Purpose
The Capital Programme Project Manager will lead and deliver a range of construction and refurbishment projects within the Social Housing capital programme. This includes largescale works such as roof replacements structural works and kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
Manage multiple construction projects of varying size and complexity within the Social Housing capital programme
Oversee projects from inception through to completion ensuring highquality delivery
Ensure works meet agreed scope specifications and performance outcomes
Provide strong leadership to project teams consultants and contractors
Motivate and manage teams effectively to deliver against programme objectives
Promote a collaborative and performancedriven working culture
Essential Experience Required
Proven experience managing construction projects of similar scale and complexity
Experience delivering projects within a Social Housing capital programme
Strong experience in budget control programme management and contractor oversight
Demonstrable experience of stakeholder and resident engagement
Essential Qualifications Required
Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Construction Project Management Building Surveying or a related discipline
Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction health & safety requirements
Additional information to note
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Full time M F between the hours of 8:30pm 5pm
Harvey Road will be the primary base
Regular site visits across the portfolio will be required
Full UK driving licence
Access to a vehicle for work purposes (essential)
We work on Bi weekly payment schedule
