About the role

We are looking for a passionate customer driven individual towork as part of ateam ofevangelists for Digital Collaboration engagement and support across TVG.

Promote the adoption of collaboration tools across TVG driving innovation researchingnew technologiesand adoption of new features within the digital collaboration space

Digital Collaboration Analystscombine creativity technicalexpertiseand confident communication to help colleagues get the most out of our digital tools. They design and deliver engagingdigitalfirstcontent such ashowtoguides videos and interactive resources that make technology simpleaccessibleand relevant. Confident in training and presenting they support and educate colleagues across the businessfrom frontline teams to SMT GLT and Executive members whenrequiredadapting their approach to suit different audiences. By blending innovative content creation with strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills Digital Collaboration Analysts drive adoption improve digitalconfidenceand enable smarter ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Be part of a team of DigitalCollaborationAnalyststo support the following:

  • Adoptionandutilisationof digital collaboration tools across TVG estate
  • Support Digital Champions by providing:
  • Clear escalation routes into the Tech Bar for recurring orhigh impactissues
  • Simpleready to usecommstipsand guidance they can share with their teams
  • Early visibility of upcoming changespilotsand new features so feedback can be gathered before wider rollout
  • Ongoing supportcheck insand collaboration to help Champions feel confident in their role
  • Escalate to theTech Bar and Digital Collaboration Leadwhen issues arise and support accordingly.
  • Provideadditionaluser guides and training whenrequired be creative and engaging delivering in digital ways such as videosand process mapsmaking them more engaging than traditional paper driven engagement.
  • Build new tools using Office 365 when relevant i.e. requests SharePoint pages teams pagesPower apps and intranetpages keep up to speed with the change in technical currency.
  • Work closely with ourPeople/Comms Teams to underpin their strategy.
  • Where required analysts must also be able toengage professionally with senior stakeholders includingSMTGLTand Executive members. This may involvedemonstratingtools explaining adoption challenges presenting insights or supporting senior leaders directly with digital ways of working. The ability to communicate clearlyconciselyand confidently at all levels of theorganisationis essential.

Digital collaboration tools

  • Own theutilisationof Digital collaborations tools for Tech.
  • Manage updates and new functionality with the agreed tool setsshowcasenew functionality by using the hints and tips and promote throughViva Engage and digital champions.
  • Attend events on upcoming changes to tools and help with the roadmap for the future enhancements.
  • Ensure there is no shadow Tech in local tribes deviating away from the strategy define collaboration tools usage.

Innovation

  • As a team you willbe responsible forcoming up withnew ideasand ways of creating engagement of all digital collaboration tools.
  • Promotion of the teams offerings and ensuring new ways of working and continuous improvements for our colleagues is at the heart of theteamsmantra.
  • Meet with tribes to offer relevant digital collab solutions to their problems

Adoption

  • Showcasethe use of tools and support peoples requirements to adopt.
  • Create user guidesandhold training sessions and creative sessions to inspire and support.
  • Create videos for ease of play back on howtoto support our colleagues
  • Promote the weeklyhints andtips
  • Grow theTech support hubin usage and drive ideas for engagement
  • Recruitand support digitalchampionsfor thebusiness forTechtoenable self-support

About you

  • Basic knowledge of web-based technologies including collaboration tools.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Knowledge of the Office 365 suite and technologies.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment which means that you are also a superb organiser with excellent communication skills.
  • Appetite to grow and develop the role
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum
  • Basic understanding of Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Basic understanding of Adobe suite
  • Youhave basic experiencein Tech End User and Mobile technologies.
  • Competency withone-to-onetraining and group presentations
  • Competency creating user guides videosand documentation to encourageself-help.
  • Abilitytopresentideasin user-friendlylanguage.
