Project Manager East Yorkshire
Castle Manufacturing have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established client in East Yorkshire.
The Role:
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for projects
- Undertake pre-tender site visits as required
- Manage projects from launch order to final handover
- Ensure variations to contracts are agreed and managed effectively
- Deliver projects within agreed financial out-turns
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety legislation on site
- Liaise with stakeholders throughout the project and build strong client relationships
- Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
About You:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a construction or building environment
- Strong knowledge of current Health & Safety site legislation
- Degree in Civil Building or Construction-related discipline advantageous
