Project Manager
UK (Hybrid with travel)
Are you a highly organised Project Manager with a passion for driving change across complex environments Do you thrive in fast-paced multi-site operations where no two days are the same
Were partnering with a leading manufacturersto find a Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across a UK-wide network.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in high-impact initiatives working closely with senior stakeholders while gaining exposure to strategic change at scale.
The Role
Working alongside Programme Directors youll be instrumental in ensuring transformation projects are delivered effectively on time and aligned to operational goals.
Youll act as the vital link between programme leadership and site teamscoordinating activity tracking progress and helping embed lasting change across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project delivery including planning timelines budgets and milestones
- Coordinate stakeholders across multiple sites and functions
- Track progress manage risks and escalate issues where needed
- Maintain governance structures reporting and project documentation
- Support the rollout and adoption of new processes systems and ways of working
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to benefits realisation
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards
What Were Looking For
- Experience in project coordination or project management ideally within manufacturing or a similar operational environment
- Exposure to multi-site transformation or change programmes
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Jira)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
- Understanding of operational improvement transformation or digital initiatives (desirable)
