Job Summary

1. Work with SMEs to produce accurate and understandable publications (e-books/pamphlets interactive and hardcopy).
2. Work alongside key stakeholders within CMC and LWC to maintain and update all current MCC doctrine in support of the Modernisation Implementation Plan (MIP).
3. Function as MCC publications expert advising the SO2 and wider CMC organisation on Cbt Pubs doctrine and safe training directive as a mounted SME.
4. Work alongside CMC Training Development to design and deliver online doctrine and training that supports diverse learning preferences.
5. Project manage work and engage with stakeholders who provide direction and policy for doctrine. Collate information from both observation and formal training sessions to understand subject matter.
6. Produce publications with content that articulates complex technical concepts for a broad and technically experienced audience. Select and develop multimedia that enhances the publication.
7. Evaluate whether the work product effectively serves the target audience through studies or tests with sample readers.
Ensure all outputs are correctly formatted and meet Defence standards and policy.
