Job Summary

The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS). We work backwards from our customers most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development specialist and technical solutions this role you will focus on AIML Ops as an expertise and will be responsible to drive GTM Strategy for Sagemaker AI (and other complementary services) driving ML OPs GenAI Ops and Agent Ops as emerging topic. This is an exciting opportunity to own and shape this high-growth domain in EMEA.

Key job responsibilities
- Domain Knowledge and AI/ML Operations Expertise: Deep understanding of MLOps and AI Ops frameworks
- Own and execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for Sagemaker AI focusing on AI/ML Ops and GenAI Ops in EMEA
- Develop and execute account-level strategies for high priority customers running or evaluating complex use cases
- Interact at the CxO/VP level as well as with developers and technical architects to drive adoption of Sagemaker AI and related AI Services including Agentic
- Secure complex lighthouse customer wins with net new adoption patters and convert into GTM motion for scale.
- Develop and deploy programs that leverage AWS Field teams as well as technology and consulting partner channels to accelerate Sagemaker AI use case adoption
- Lead scaled GTM motions including developer community engagement customer roundtables workload assessments and regional campaigns
- Collaborate closely with AWS Product and Technical teams to create customer-facing solutions for agentic architectures including reference architectures design patterns automation frameworks and Sagemaker AI feature roadmap input.
- Serve as the voice of EMEA customers to Product teams driving feature parity and regional requirements for AgentCore capabilities.
- Work with Marketing to develop and align digital campaigns thought leadership and customer success stories that drive awareness and demand
- Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools particularly for agentic systems with strong understanding of multi-agent orchestration patterns and frameworks

A day in the life
As part of the EMEA AI/ML WWSO team you will lead the go-to-market strategy for AI/ML Operations (AIML Ops) and Agent Ops; one of the most critical enablers for enterprise AI adoption and a rapidly growing domain. No two days are the same. You might start your morning on a deep-dive with a Fortune 500 financial services CTO exploring their MLOps maturity roadmap and AI observability requirements for production-scale deployments. After lunch youre co-developing a joint GTM motion with a leading systems integrator to accelerate AIML Ops best practices and agent lifecycle management across their enterprise client base before jumping into a pipeline review with the Area AI/ML sales leader to qualify opportunities requiring SageMaker AI deployments and end-to-end operational excellence.

Youll collaborate daily with account teams solution architects partner managers and AWS service teams connecting the dots between customer operational challenges technical capabilities in Sagemaker AI model training/fine-tuning orchestration monitoring and governance and market opportunity to win. Your focus will span the full AIML Ops lifecycle ensuring customers can operationalize AI at scale with confidence.

The EMEA WWSO AI/ML Geo Specialist team within AWSs Worldwide Specialist Organization owns and executes go-to-market strategy for the full portfolio of AWS AI/ML services. We serve customers across the complete AI lifecycle while also leading the way to drive net new innovative use cases in this domain. Our customers include some of the most technically sophisticated organizations in the world and our work directly impacts how AI is built and deployed across EMEA.

- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience developing leading negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
- Experience in Go-To-Market Business Development Sales or Consulting
- Bachelors degree in business economics engineering analytics mathematics statistics information technology or equivalent
- Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with either solutions or programs that have demonstrated success at enterprise customers
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies including but not limited to AI/ML GenAI Analytics Database and/or Storage
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering mathematics or equivalent or experience with presentations and speaking with executives IT management and developers
- Experience building and effectively executing a strategy from the ground up including designing roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals
- Experience in AIML/GenAI domain and technical understanding of AI/ML Ops

- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
