Role Overview Avatar International is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a marketleading organisation within the commercial mobility and heavyasset sector. We are seeking a Business Manager to drive finance penetration and vehicle sales performance across a wellestablished East of England dealer network.

This is a highenergy revenuefocused role where finance is a critical lever in winning and closing commercial vehicle deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive assetfinance sales to directly support and increase truck / commercial vehicle sales
  • Operate as the finance partner to regional branches across the East of England
  • Design and deliver tailored funding solutions aligned to customer fleet requirements
  • Own and grow a defined territory through proactive pipeline development
  • Work closely with dealer and sales teams to maximise conversion and finance takeup
  • Coach and upskill sales teams on finance products and commercial value
  • Produce accurate forecasts reporting and targeted sales initiatives
  • Actively participate in regional sales meetings and joint customer activity

Essential Experience (NonNegotiable) You must have proven experience in one or more of the following:

  • Truck sales (strongly preferred)
  • Commercial vehicle sales (LCV / HGV / fleet)
  • Heavy equipment or capital asset sales in a dealerled environment
  • Asset finance sales where the core objective is driving vehicle or equipment sales

  • Comfortable influencing negotiating and closing at pace
  • Strong relationship builder with dealers customers and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organised across territory planning and pipeline management
  • Motivated by targets performance culture and longterm customer value
