Werelooking for aSales Ledger Clerk who willensure thatour sales invoices are raisedefficiently and accurately inputting into client portals where necessary.You will need tomaintaintheclient informationin the ledgerto ensure it isaccurateand up to dateand alsoset up manageandmaintainourclientportalaccounts.
Whatyoulldo
- Raise salesinvoicesand credit notesin the finance systemfrom orders placed on a separate CRMsystemensuringthey areaccurateand issuedpromptly.
- CheckCRMorderdocumentationis correct and complete and liaise internally or withclientas needed.
- Enter invoice information ontoclientportal systems where relevant.
- Maintain clientrecords on the sales ledger and ensure that there is consistency with the CRM System.
- Liaise with clients and deal with enquiries as.
- Manage Credit Cardprocessingrefundsandrecords.
- Assistwith credit controlqueriesanddebtorchasing.
- Undertake other duties from time to time asto ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Whatwerelooking for
- Proventrack recordin sales invoicing and ledger administration.
- A thorough understandingof the sales cycle.
- Prior useof Microsoft Business Central preferable but not essential.
- Excellent eye for detailtogether withorganisation and administrative skills.
- Excellentcommunication skills.
- Customer focused.
- Numerate.
