What You Will Get To Do:

  • Management company change requests
  • Internal Voice initiatives and improvement opportunities
  • Supporting delivery of wider business change impacting Voice
  • Representing Voice in audits meetings and project discussions
  • Helping ensure operational change is practical well-managed and embedded effectively within the contact centre
